We were tasked with creating badges to represent the Coca Cola brand and match their timeless aesthetic with
our design. At first, we were just sent a simple text logo, but once the client discovered that our
capabilities as pin manufacturers extended far beyond this — the scale of the project grew.
After
investigating some preliminary 2D designs, it was decided that a 3D badge was the best solution to the
customer’s needs. At this stage, we were sent a real bottle cap from a Coca Cola glass bottle and were asked
to work our magic.
We sent our client CNC (3D) artwork of our final design before production began,
allowing them to see a realistic representation of how the product would look. The final result was a 3D badge
that captured the essence of the classic Coca Cola bottle cap, while still reimagining it as a purposeful
piece of brand merchandise. The customer was extremely satisfied with the design process and the end product.
We were approached by the New York Police Department (NYPD) to manufacture a challenge coin to commemorate a
special event. We were selected because our design and high quality products were exactly what the client
wanted to represent their cause.
The customer sent us their design and asked us multiple questions
about double-sided coins. This led to discussions about plating, production methods, and delivery times.
With such a fast response time from our team, an immediate order was placed because our product,
price, and delivery time all met with the customer's expectations. For this client, we produced a convex
piece of metal with detailed areas of artwork that the client also wanted to be painted.
After the
design team and production department had communicated with the client, it was decided that a coloring area of
0.15 would be perfect for the final design. The client was extremely satisfied with the level of communication
provided and the final product was shipped without issue.
