How do I start a price quote ?

Filling out a quote form on our website is the best way to get a fast and accurate quote. Just sent us the message of your idea of the design, and click the “Upload Artwork” button to attach any files you have ready for us to use as a reference.
Or send us an email at info@toproadpins.com . You could provide the qty needed, size, design within the message, our sales representative will contact you once received the email.
Can I receive more than one quote or design ?

Yes, you can receive more than one quote or design. We are happy to make as many pricing quotes and as many design revisions as you need.
Do you offer rush service ?

Yes, we supply rush service, which means VIP customer will enjoy the rush production when they have urgent project sometimes. You could tell us the time that you need when send us the inquiry, then we can check the turnaround time for you.
Do you charge for artwork ?

No, our artwork service is FREE. We have professional design department to make the artwork, usually a full color digital proof will be made and sent to your email within 24 hours. If you're not happy with the artwork or need the simple revision, you could tell us to make changes until you're happy with the design.
How do I place the order into production ?

Production starts as soon as the artwork approved and payment has been made. Changes are not accepted after production has started. If you're happy with the design proof, and you reviewed your order details, our sales representative will make the invoice to you for the payment. For the payment, we accept via PayPal , Credit Card and Bank Transfer .
What is your after-sales service ?

Toproad Pins backs each and every product we manufacture with our 100% Quality Guarantee. We will replace (at no additional charge to you) any defective custom product. We only require that you submit your written claim and photos of the defective product to us within 30 days of receipt. For purposes of this question, the term “defect” or “defective” means a manufacturing error.
Is it possible to reorder the same product
later down the line ?

Yes, we store every customer’s molds for up to two years between every order. If you would like to reorder the same coins within that two-year time frame, production will take less time, and there will be no additional mold fees because everything is already prepared for our production team.
What is your turnaround time ?

After the design artwork is approved and ordered, the project goes directly into production, and depending on the design, it can take around 14-20 days to manufacture the products, and the shipping time will take around 3-7 days accordingly.
